Water Resistance Training allows women to exercise comfortably during their pregnancy and following the birth of their baby.

While this form of exercise is a safe and effective form of exercise it is advised that women consult their Health Care Professional before undertaking an exercise program during their pregnancy.

It is further advised that during pregnancy women exercise with a heart-rate monitor to observe their exertion rate throughout the duration of their exercise.
